"Excellent" Ruby King is an excellent salesperson and was the person responsible for us purchasing the Countryman MiniCooper. Videsh Ramdess was also terrific assisting us with the leasing vs. purchasing.
"not impressive" The service department was helpful, but the information provided was not completely accurate. We had several conversations to schedule the appointment and service work. Service repairs were complete.
"Convertible top recall" Nick and Ryan are very friendly and great to work with. Loaner car was arranged and everything went according to plan. Was kept well informed of time frame

"Turbo charger replacement" My mini was diagnosed and repaired when they said it would be. The whole transaction was handled very professionally. I have never had a problem with the service department when they have checked out my car for service.
"wonder salesman robert Fienbaum/wonder service guy Nick Falo" Robert sold me last week my third Mini within the past two years. Nick Falvo has taken fabulous care of me when I have issues.
"Amazing" Everyone is super friendly. From explaining what was wrong with my car to lending the loaner. The service was awesome. Joe was very understanding and went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied with the service.

"Unfortunate delays" I’ve always had good experiences with Mini service. This time however, there were a few glitches along the way. To start they had no Mini brand loaner, no biggie, they still provided me with a loaner from Enterprise, albeit a mini van the size of the Titatnic, lol! they lost the work orders for my car, so this put the repairs a day behind.
