We had a small snafu with our mini and Brian was very helpful. We know that he really went the extra mile to make sure the problem was completely handled and is always super friendly and very thorough. Getting a loaner or using the shuttle service is very easy and buying a car here comes with a lot of extra perks.
I found the Mini we were looking for online. We live approx. 100 miles away. I figured I would give them a try. I dealt with Jason, a what a great experience. I purchased my very first Mini here not too long ago. The whole process was fast and pleasant, as I was out of the dealership in less than 3 hours. Jason was the sales person and Mark (sorry didn't get the last name) helped/answered all the questions related to different features of the car. Jennifer at the finance department was such a fun person to deal with. She made great recommendations on optional warranties, but not pushy at all. We leased a 15' Cooper 4 door with the JCW exterior package from Jason Krupa this past weekend. Jason was great to deal with. Our lease turn in had a couple of issues, and I feel that Jason was very fair and honest with us. He was able to work out the deal we wanted on a car with a package that you don't often see. We live a fair distance from Concord, so Jason was able to work everything out via email before we visited the dealership. I would deal with Jason again without hesitation.
