Claro was very patient, friendly, helpful and a total pleasure to have working with us thru the selection process. I highly recommend him and it seemed like the vibe was consistent with his in the whole dealership. We would definitely go back and do the whole thing again exactly the same way.
One drawback of car shopping is the aggressiveness of sales people, which was the exact opposite at Concord of Mini. Jason was great throughout the whole car buying process. I knew I wanted a Mini and shopped around at a few other dealers, but in the end Jason was the reason I went (out of my way) to Mini of Concord to order a 2016 4-door hardtop. Jason was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I was very happy with how pleasant the whole experience was, and it's all due to Jason's excellent service. I would highly recommend buying a car from Jason.

Jason made my purchase experience of my 2016 Mini Countryman so easy and pleasant. He was able to evaluate all my needs and find the perfect match for me. I was in and out and on my way in no time. I also purchased the roof rack system and Mini cargo box and Jason stayed outside to help me set it all up before I left the lot even though it wasn't required and with a 40 degree temperature outside. I purchased a new MINI Cooper last month at MINI of Concord. Michael Chavez was my purchase adviser. He was very helpful identifying car options I need with a reasonable price. He explained every single car feature in details. If you planning to buy a Mini, I would recommend to go to MINI of Concord and ask for Michael.
Every time I bring my car in for service Kevin greets me with respect. They also a fast turn around when I have it serviced. Butch was my salesman the way he explained all the features of the car to me I just could not say no to the sale. I wanted to buy the car and I did there is no regrets. I don't need another car right now but I recommended Butch to maybe a handful of friends and 3 have bought cars from Butch. Thanks to your whole staff at this dealership.
