Jason Krupa is just an outstanding representative for Concord Mini! Our family just purchased a Mini Clubman for our son and will most likely buy another Mini when our daughter goes off to college. They are great fun to drive, fuel efficient, cool looking, made by BMW, have the latest techno features and safe for our kids. Jason is the kind of a salesman I like to deal with. He is not the typical salesman that everyone wants to avoid at all cost. Not only is he professional, friendly and honest but he is also a good listener and never tries to push you into purchasing a car you didn’t want at the first place. Michael was great...very helpful, friendly & patient. Helped us figure out exactly what features we wanted & then found the exact car for me. Had to pull it from freight as she was headed for another dealership. Even took extra effort to have her ready for pick up on my bday. Drove her into the showroom with a big red bowon her.

Usually buying a car can be stressful and a hassle. Jason went above and beyond to be helpful and make the experience an enjoyable one. Jason is unlike those pestering, voice mailing salesmen who are annoying and make your experience a disaster.
