Met Butch over a year ago and inquired about a 2015 Mini Cooper Hardtop S. Test drove one and fell in love, but I wasn't yet ready to buy (had to sell the old car, get things in order, etc.). Finding a dealership with great people working there is tough these days. High pressure sales people are the worst of the bunch and they seem to be nearly everywhere. Honestly, it is hard to find a trustworthy dealer who actually seems to want to get you the car you really want at a great price. Jason Krupa is a rare find. We met Michael three months ago when window shopping for a new car. We told him we weren't ready at the time, but to check in with us in March. He was very warm and accommodating but also listened and did not bug us. When we came back he remembered exactly what we were looking for. He addressed our questions well and stayed way beyond hours until we took off. The purchase was straightforward - no hard selling, back and forth or false promises. Michael is a sweetheart!
Last week I had to take my mini in to get the transmission serviced. Not only am I happy to have my mini back running smoothly, but I was extremely satisfied with the service. Kevin (who handled the fix) was extremely nice, efficient and very helpful. I am definitely recomming Mini of Concord and will definitely trust these guys with my mini in the future. Buying a car can be such a daunting task, but Jason Krupa at MINI of Concord made it such a great experience. Wen't back and forth with Jason on getting a 2015 Mini Cooper S for about a week, agreed on a price. Jason got me a good deal with the best financing rate by far compared to any other dealer I tried. Car came 10 weeks later and I was in and out of the dealer in less than an hour. Everything was transparent, there were no "add-ons" that was pressured onto me and overall it was a great experience. Would recommend Jason to anyone I know looking for a Mini.
