excellent purchase/leasing experience with Mini Concord! Michael was super efficient and helpful. He provided with a warm and timely service with the most reasonable price. I would definitely recommend him to anyone else!
Although I didn't come out with the car I originally went for because of unexpected circumstances, Butch hooked me up with the next best car I could have driven off the lot with! I would highly recommend buying a car from Butch - he definitely has his client's best interest in mind.

I love my MINI...and Jason Krupa was great. I have been wanting one for awhile and finally have it!!!! He made it very easy and has to be the best car sales person I have ever dealt with. Robert was great too and both were so knowledgeable. I also got the car scotch-guarded and dealt with Marcel who was great too.
This review is basically about Jason Krupa. I can go on for days and tell you how amazing he is....yes, he is. You could not go wrong by buying a Mini from him. He's patient, understands the Mini, honest, and just an all around super person. (rumor has it he's the top salesperson in the Nation for Mini!) I need my informational walk through of my Mini with Robert Mathews, and he's very knowledgeable too!
Helped by holding used car for 3 weeks at no charge to allow a true birthday surprise. Also allowed the use of new car financing on very lightly used (exec demo) car. Always seemed to have my interest in mind. Go and ask for Michael (Chavez).
My wife and I purchased a 2016 Countryman last week. Michael Chavez was our sales person. We have purchased a number of new cars over the years ( I am 82). Must say that Michael was terrific. We live in Fresno, Ca. so much of our negotiations were either by e-mail or telephone. All questions were answered and on August 17th the car was delivered to us in Fresno. I had a very pleasant experience buying my MINI from Concord dealership. Jason was great to work with and accommodated all my requirements wonderfully. They have an awesome inventory and I got exactly the config I wanted. I had to go to Concord only once throughout the process, just to pick up my sweet ride. Jason managed to do all the remaining procedures over the phone which was great since I live in San Jose.
Jason the manager is a very nice guy and I leased my first Mini from him 3 years ago. he introduced me to Jason Krupa who is a very helpful person and tried his best to get me the car I like. and he did it!!
