Ideal Car-Buying Experience I'd been in the market for several months. The dealer reached out to me to follow-up. They had a car on-hand very close to my request. I showed up at 10am Sunday and walked out at noon with a new car.

2year maintenance I receiced kindly explanation about my car condition.
There is nothing Mini about them, there big time. Called in the early morning about my car running poorly, they said I could bring it in right away and within an hour I got an email telling me what was wrong and how much to fix it. They got the work done earlier than promised and under the original estimate. I mean really can it get any better than that, I don't see how.
