customer My repair took 5 days to complete but because I had the same model loaner car it was not a problem.
What the heck! Received my car back, but it was not completely put back together, discovered upon checking it out when we arrived at our home. I was very disappointed, and what does that say about what they did that i can't see when they left things undone and didn't catch issues during their inspection that needed attention!

Unhappy customer Very Negative - the sales manager refused to respond to my emails regarding a problem I had with the purchase of a new Mini. I do not recommend purchasing a new Mini from this dealership

My thoughts My experience at the dealership is always a good one. Very easy to make an appointment. Loaner car is always available if needed. The dealership is aware how busy I am, will get me in and out as quickly as possible.

Service shane coufer was service agent and he was nice, friendly, an accommodating. However the issue for which I brought my car for has not been resolved and I do not live really close. Additionally, when I attempted to call device yesterday, they never answered phone and I was told they were too busy, which was disturbing to me. There is a reason it is called the service department, to take care of customer needs. Very frustrated!
Dismissive Service coordinator was dismissive and rude. He did not make any suggestions regarding possible services needed. I asked for a loaner and was simply told no. No explanation.

Bad experience with Financing Department. Had a Bad experience with the Financing Department at Mini Of Stevens Creek, finance department guy was applying for a auto loan but there was problem in getting the loan due to the less/no credit report, as we are in US for less than 2 years. Our First loan application was rejected. New Mini Cooper Hardtop 4 Door Every part of the car purchase experience was well managed. I was concerned about the time of the day and whether the purchase could happen on a Sunday evening. But the dealership handled all details efficiently and the car was detailed, too! The two sales guys I worked with were patient as I sorted through the many inventory choices. I was able to find the right car for me and my budget.
