Disappointment Extremely dissatisfied with the level of costumer care.. Not only did it take 2 hours for the service rep to ( call ) and tell us that the battery needed replacement which was why we were there for . Arrived at 11:30 and we didn't leave until almost 3pm. Not once did he give us an update. Once the car was finally ready the service rep failed to go over the diagnostic report with us . mini service went in for a basic service i live about 45 minuets away on a good day, i get home after having my car there all day on a saturday, and they didn't reset any of my service lights.

Debbie Shepherd Stevens Creek Mini Staff overwhelmed. No one calls you back. They don't tell you when your car is ready so you lose precious days. Or you come in too soon only to find that they need another day.

Experience tainted by a terrible service rep I am sad to report that I had a very disappointing experience with Mr. Hector Salceda. I arrived early for my 11am service appointment because of a clicking noise and was promptly received by Mr. Salceda. I was told to expect service to be completed by 4-5pm the same day. Bait and Switch I'm a bit bummed out about how the process went. I think they bait and switch prices and use the same kinds of techniques sales people use to bamboozle me into feeling okay about paying too much for repairs. Dropped off the car with an initial estimate of around $4K. Service people were communicative but after three days of back and forth to get a firm estimate they came back with a quote of $4,500 to replace a clutch and flywheel in a 2006 mini and another $4,000 to replace a strut and CV joint. Bad customer service Although I know ask them refund unuse extended care is difficult never imagined they can asked customer leave and throwing documents on the table rudely! Also they are used to call police come let you leave! Just because you already own a mini and one person will not have more mini in his wholelife. So they can treat you in bad attitude.
