Avoid at all costs I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Avoid doing business with MINI of Stevens Creek at all costs. My experience with buying a car from MINI of Stevens Creek was a trifecta of utter incompetence, horrible service, and highly questionable business practices. During the purchase, the salesman tried to sell me unneccesary additional warranties and insurance, which is annoying, but to be expected I suppose. recent service experience I had a very serious problem with my 2017 Mini Cooper and left several phone and text messages with the Service Manager and with Jennifer Flick but never received a text or call back after I left the dealer in Santa Clara.. Disappointed and upset because Jennifer has never left me down before. I spoke with my insurance agent who recommended a different course of action and I wanted to discuss it with both of them but never received a courtesy call back.

Mr rivette The oil chance service was fine. However, one of the headlamp chrome trim pieces was delaminated. This was obvious to the tech changing the oil. It was not addressed during the service. I called to ask why this had not been addressed and was informed the even if the tech notices warranty defects on trim he/she does not address them of inform the customer. Thus resolution of a simple issue requiring a five minute fix now requires the customer to spend an hour and a have driving back and forth to the dealer. I have ... read more

Think twice If you enjoy waiting 45 minutes to be checked in by your service rep every time you take your car in, this is the place to go! Your warranty will mysteriously not be applicable to any repair they do, and you can be sure they'll charge you at least three times as much what it would cost elsewhere. Great for people with unlimited time and money to burn!

Maintenance warrenty expired 5 weeks ago I just paid $300 for maintenance which expired five weeks ago. It would have been free if I had come in before that. I said why wasn’t I notified before it expired? Hector says “no we don’t do that because we don’t know how you drive...meaning you could have driven over 38000.” I said “you know the date of purchase”. Would not recommend or return The test drive and start of the paperwork went great. When it came time to sign the contract and drive home the problems began. The sales manager told us that even though we brought our own financing, we are required to apply for in house financing. After failing to fully explain why this was the case my wife and I made it clear that we were not applying for additional financing. At this point every interaction became hostile. Mini Repair After spending $900 car yesterday going back to the dealer today with same problem. Service advisor was great, but they didn't fix problem. Not Happy

Terrible Management I purchased a new mini from Stevens Creek that was shipped to Michigan from California. The dealer shipped a damaged car, failed to provide the requested Bill of Sale, and sent me a Manufacturers Certificate of Origin that was not assigned to me. The management, quality control, and administrative section of this dealer is appallingly bad!
