I rarely give reviews... With that said, my sales person and used car sales manager are with out a doubt the best I have met dealing cars. I traded in 2 cars for a 2015 Volvo XC60 and they said they would give me the best price for my trade-ins. They did just that. I got more than any other dealer had offered. The Volvo I got had a minor issue on the rear tailgate spoiler. They offered to fix it and after researching, the whole tailgate would have to be replaced for a small $20 part that does not have it's own part number. I... read more

I love Sewell Mini of Plano! I recently had an issue with my first mini from them and they couldn’t have been any nicer or helpful throughout the issue. Evan the service manager stayed on top of my issue from letting me know when the tow truck delivered the car to letting me know how the diagnosis was going. When he determined I would need a new car, he let my salesman Paul Harvey know and Paul went to work with the sales manager Mike getting me a great deal on a trade in and a new Mini.
