I bought a late model Mini S Convertible from out of state simply because we liked the colors of the car, I brought it to Mini of Plano to look at it to see if there was anything needing attention, We found it to need an oil change, and the service adviser Brandon suggested we do a wheel alignment and while looking over the car together he noticed a faded stripe. Trustworthy, friendly, genuinely care about their customers. Been to all dfw mini dealerships and this is the one for me. I live 2 miles from mini of dallas and I drive 30 minutes for the sewell experience.
Great people. On a whim, I joked with my wife about her next car being a Mini and she decided to take me up on the offer. She picked out a nice Countryman to replace her Honda. The process was simple and easy without any of the hassles of other cars we have got in the past. From start to finish, the hardest part was deciding what model she wanted.

Drove 3.5 hrs to Plano to buy my first Mini. Best vehicle purchase I have ever had. Friendly helpful & very knowledgeable. Did not leave with an envelope full of signed papers came away with a Sewel USB with all my documentation on. Waiting area is great for kids with original video consoles & TV,s for us adults. Even pet friendly. If your looking for a great dealer Mini at Plano is well worth the 3.5 hr drive from Houston to buy from them.
