I had went to another mini dealer for my first oil change I waited all day then I came her and I was blown away by Mr. Dennis ho. He took care of everything and got me a borrowed car for the day keeping me updated. One of the easiest buying experiences I've ever had. Everyone was courteous, helpful, and totally non-pressuring. Pricing was very good on the certified Cooper S I purchased for my teen. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned Mini.
Wow! The best car buying experience I have ever had. Today, I purchased my fourth Mini, but this was my first purchase from Sewell Mini of Plano. What you read about the excellent service is not hype. I purchased my other three Mini's from two Houston Mini dealers, who were friendly, but pushy and in a hurry to get my money - never again. It was worth the 3 1/2 hour drive to Plano. Thank you Amelie, Russ, and Brad for your courtesy, great conversation, and interest in making me comfortable and happy with the purchase.
