Always a part of a gr8 day taking Spike in for service or a wash! Staff is always on point and showroom is always impeccable. My “private office” is the table looking at all the cars coming and going to fill my MINI 💝 tank! Added benefit is Costco is next door so if it’s a short visit I can do my shopping! It’s then a two for day

Stephen was great! The customer service was top notch as always. Traded our Mini’s in and forgot the garage door opener in the old Mini. Stephen went above and beyond, and delivered it to the house personally. That’s Ritz Carlton treatment. Love you guys!

I love this place! The service here is always exceptional. Tim Jordan was the one I mainly dealt with on the service side every time I took my car in for service. He always gave quality customer service and kept constant contact with me on the progress of my car and made sure to communicate all the details I needed to know. I'm looking forward to purchase my next vehicle with sewell because of the customer service alone! I highly recommend this location if you are a sewell customer!
I love this dealership! Aside from the great service, the other day my daughter left her gameboy in a mini countryman loaner. The loaner was already given out again once we realized the item was in the car. THe service department made sure to retrieve the item once the car came back and shipped it to our home! Thanks to Tanya for staying on top of it.
