I just bought my first Mini from Mini of Plano, and of all the car purchases I've made or been involved in, this was HANDS DOWN the best ever. I bought a 2009 Mini from carmax in November of 2015, I was really just looking for something inexpensive and I always liked the look of the mini. It was my first time buying my own car. I only had the thing for 3 months before small problems started popping up here and there, but we had them fixed, no biggie right? Wrong!! We actually didn't buy a mini from this place we bought a used Toyota Tacoma. This place was amazing throughout the whole process. Josh was exceptional! Glad to do service with them! Highly recommend for a mini or even a used car like us!

This is our family's 6th MINI, and I am so impressed with such commitment to our satisfaction. We also make a point to stop at every MINI dealership that we can while we travel. This was by far the funnest and most comfortable one!!!!
My experiences have been phenomenal! I recently took my Cooper in for a road noise. Blake saw that I was close to the end of my bumper to bumper warranty and suggested they do a full once over to make sure everything was in top shape. They covered everything, even replacing steering wheel buttons that had worn. Sewell customer for life!!!
Was over in Dallas shopping (on a Saturday) and all of a sudden a warning light came on. Looked up closest Mini dealership and phoned them. They not only got my Mini in that day- they gave me a beautiful new Mini to drive and finish shopping! The customer service was incredible! My Mini was purchased in Arlington- but I promise you- it's NEVER going back to Arlington again! Thank you �
