"Steve Lerner, BMW Richmond salesman " Four years ago by happenstance since I live in Hampton, VA I stopped by Richmond BMW to view the BMW wagon with the rear opening window. "Three Amazing People" I got my car BMW 328 i - x drive from this showroom, a used CPO One. The car was shown by Andrea. Andrea answered all our questions. She knew the car in and out. We visited the second day to meet her, but she was busy with another customer and so Eva took us and helped us buy the Car. The Finance person, Shashank was amazing and helped us walkthrough all the important things about financing a car. The three of them are amazing.
"Outstanding customer service " Steve Lerner goes out of his way to help you and makes sure you are taking care of. He is very hands on with anything that is needed after the purchase of your new car. He can set up any technical gadgets like your navigation system and will explain how to use it. "Very easy and no pressure" I just purchased a used BMW 335xi from BMW of Richmond with Steve as my sales person. They gave me all the details of the car, had it ready for a test drive, gave me great tips on acclimating to the car and best of all, no pressure. They just gave me the information I needed. They took care of the couple of minor issues that I identified and were flexible with price. Very easy.
"Great experience" I worked with Steve Lerner to buy a CPO BMW. From start to finish, Steve was very helpful - he sent me all information related to the car and also arranged a ride for me to arrive at the Dealership.
