"Exceptional!" Steve Lerner is by FAR the best there is. Just to give you the whole story- A few weeks ago, my 2016 320 (Also bought from Steve- see my review from September 2016) was totaled so I was stressed out about finding another car at a good price. The second Steve found out about my accident, he called me to make sure I was ok (he was on vacation!)
