"Purchased a 2009 BMW X3/shipped to Massachusetts" Living in New England can be hard on cars, I wanted to purchase a used car from a Virginia dealer. Richmond BMW responed to my needs with a great vehicle and low mileage. Buying a car sight unseen is a leap of faith. Richmond made it very easy and gave me the confidence to move forward. They resonded to all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I have had 10 cars in my lifetime and this is my favorite.
"Professional and Personable" I came to Richmond BMW from over 300 miles out of town because they had exactly the car I was looking for at the right price. "Steve Lerner is the best used cars salesman I have dealt wit" Our experience with Richmond BMW started not so great but when I shared my thoughts with the General Manager, he quickly introduced us to Steve and from then on, Steve took care of every detail during our car buying journey at BMW. He even stopped by at our house to walk us through all the features of the car and gave us so many tips along the way.

"Easy to Work With" I have purchased two cars from Steve Lerner at Richmond BMW over the past two years. One was a BMW and the other a used GMC truck. Both of my experiences with Steve and all of the staff at Richmond BMW have been very professional and easy. I also highly recommend the service department as they make you feel comfortable with decisions and do their best to keep costs down as much as they can with a bimmer.
