I definitely appreciate the attention to detail that is given during the purchase process. I contacted Charles Armstrong and requested to see a certain vehicle and it was pulled up front and waiting for me by the time I arrived. "NICE SURPRISE" When I went to Richmond BMW I confess that I was not so confident as long as I was looking for a cheap and used not BMW car . However for my big surprise Steve Lerner treated me since the beginning like I was buying the more expansive BMW model.
