"Awesome experience" We live two hours away and found the car we wanted on Richmond BMW website. Did everything remotely and Nick and Anton helped us withe process. With me being so far away, I had to rely on the dealership more than I normally would, but Steve made it easy. I visited many dealerships and test drove many luxury SUV’s. I started a spreadsheet comparing exterior color, interior color, luxury, tech package safety package , maintenance package and convenience to my house.
