We just leased a mini countryman from Mini of Manhattan. Kristin and John were so easy and straight dealing to work with and made the process very easy. Of course we knew we had a good team because they had just helped my 84 year old mother get her dream car a month before! No b-s, just helpful service.

I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received with Sasha at MINI of Manhattan. 7 weeks ago, I placed a custom order for an ALL4 countryman, and I just picked it up today. Sasha was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process, and he was just as excited as I was when I picked the car up earlier today. I'm very pleased with my experience and I would highly recommend MINI of Manhattan, and especially Sasha, to everyone.

I did not walk in expecting to buy a MINI, but the reception and friendliness was so good it became irresistible. What a great place to come back to for service and general updates and chats.

I really enjoyed my experience at MINI of Manhattan. I absolutely adore Sasha. He is a true sales man. He was very thorough with everything and I mean EVERYTHING. From the most insiginificant things ( at least thats what I thought) to the most importnat stuff. I really didn't agree witht the pricing on some of the models, but that did not take away from the professionalism Sasha displayed.

I was really interested Mini Cooper so I visited the store which is the closet with my home. Ms. Kristin who was my dealer and she was so kind and wonderful.

My husband and I had the best experience with Alexander when it came to becoming Motorers with Mini Cooper for the first time. I have been a Mini owner since I bought my first one (Mini Hardtop) in 2006. I had the car until this year, and after realizing that I do more traveling than I used to and need the extra room, decided to upgrade to a Countryman S.
