Awesome dealership. The Mini Manhattan staff is really friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, helpful, professional and fair. The cars are great (especially the roadsters and convertibles). My overall experience was fantastic. Thanks to Sasha, Catherine, and Karen. If I had money like Mark Zuckerberg, I'd have a whole collection of Mini Coopers.
After a visiting another mini dealer in New Jersey I decided to try the Manhattan Mini dealer after seeing a special offer on the mini website. The dealer in jersey did not offer us the same deal but Sasha (Alexander Lezhen) totally came through with what we wanted, a lease on a standard hardtop mIni. Simon was great to work with! He found us on the service floor and immediately tried to really understand what we wanted out of our MINI. He has a MINI himself and offered advice about what additions he really felt were necessary and what was superfluous, which we appreciated. He always got back to me right away when I had a question about leasing or the car or whatever. I just got my new MINI last week and I love it!!
I purchased my Mini from Catherine 4 1/2 years ago. She was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. I have continued to service my car over the years with Mini of Manhattan and couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and care. I recently attend their Spring Clinic Event and had a great afternoon. I had a service technician go over the car with me and explain what was needed in language I understand. Just walked in one day to look at a Mini. Sasha (Alexander Lezhen) greeted me and my fiance very pleasantly and professionally. He explained everything in great detail and was very patience. On a casual Friday afternoon, on our way home from work, my husband and I decided to stop by MINI of Manhattan just to "look around". I had been interested in buying a MINI cooper for myself. Simon was amazing. We did not at all feel like we were being "sold" to and he really just worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted. We felt that the entire dealership really ran in this manner, and were super efficient in getting us in the vehicle we wanted to test drive, and then getting us to our contact to get serviced. Overall, it was a great experience.
