I purchased a new Mini Cooper from Kristin Massara last Sept. It was a great experience and I'm thrilled with the car. She was very helpful in finding just the right model/features I was looking for and feel I got it all at an exceptionally reasonable price. I traded in my old car and the whole experience was easy and hassle-free. my first encounter with one mini dealership was a nightmare! Well my fiance and I walked in the first day wanting to ask about the MINI if it was right for us.. very next day PURCHASED! Peter and Sasha helped us so much. They took the time and effort to find the perfect deal for me and even gave our BMW to them. A refreshing car buying experience on 11th Avenue! Straightforward, positive and helpful. Minis do sell for a premium compared to other compacts, but the dealership has great incentives for leasing (and leasing through BMW/MINI is better than others I've dealt with), and MINI resale value is very strong.
My experience at Mini of Manhattan was extremely positive. I was greeted immediately and barely waited to meet with a sales representative. I had the pleasure of working with Sasha Lezhen, who listened to what I wanted and helped me select the perfect car.
