I needed a car and was not looking forward to the ordeal of shopping around, selecting something I liked, and going ahead with the purchase. Sasha made leasing my Mini such a wonderful experience. He was very thorough in making sure I would be walking out with a car I would love at a price I would love even more. He helped me figure out which terms would be the most cost-effective for my needs and carried out the paperwork as painlessly and as expediently as one can hope for. He was not only competent and knowledgeable about the models and features, but showed such passion and care.
Alexander was a great & professional dealer to work with. He was honest and very helpful when I was making a decision to get a new 2015 countryman. He even followed up numerous times after I got the car. I didn't have an appointment for a test drive and it was a saturday, he still made the time and squeezed me in for a test drive so I can see the performance of the car. As a first time car buyer with a passion for minis but A LOT of questions, I found Kristin extremely patient and informative. There are so many factors in the decision and they truly care about figuring out exactly what is best for you and what you will be happy with. I hate buying or leasing a new car. But Alex handled my wife and me with charm and efficiency, saving us lots of effort and making the experience a pleasurable event. We unexpectedly encountered an issue with unreceived license plates on a prior lease extension that could have created major problems, but he and the dealership identified the issue early and took care of it with no impact on us. Whew! We drove away happy and he followed up to put the finishing touches on his excellent tutorials. Bravo!
My new MINI JCW Convertible is by far, my most favorite car (from boot to bonnet) I ever owned. It's really fun to drive!
