What an amazing and effortless experience I had purchasing my new Mini. Upon my visit to the showroom I was greeted by Alexander a.k.a. Sasha and it was a match made in heaven. Having purchased my first car was one of the most liberating things that I have done in the prime of my life. My salesperson also made my experience most refreshing and wonderful. I can't say enough great things. Everyone I met was very friendly. I had the pleasure of working with Sasha....and I can't emphasize enough that it was a true pleasure. I already loved the car and now I love the dealer. Alexander "Sasha" Lezhen guided me through the process like a family member would. No pressure, just "what do you want" and "let's make it happen". Then, when I sat in my new mini, he guided me through the car's features and made sure I was fully satisfied. Definitely not the after-sale attitude I'm used to.
