Kristin Massara was the best dealer I have ever worked with. She was completely honest with me. She was more of a friend than someone trying to make a sale. Kristin helped me get a great price on my Mini and was extremely thorough with everything. I would recommend her always. Kristin is a fantastic salesperson. She did not pressure me, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I came into to Mini at my leisure and ended up finding "the one" on Mini of Manhattan's showroom floor after doing a lot of research on my own. Because of Kristin's help, I was able to afford the car I REALLY wanted rather than the car I was going to "settle" for due to my budget. I am a very satisfied customer!
This was by far the most pleasant buying experience I have had at any dealership in New York City. Just make sure to schedule an appointment for test drives, as they get very busy, but once you have an appointment, you can be assured they will take all the time possible to help you out. We just bought a new 2013 MINI Cooper at MINI of Manhattan. In the process of looking for a new car, we've been at several car dealerships in the greater New York City area. Out of all the sales reps we encountered, Kristin Massara was the ideal non-sales-like sales person! She answered all questions with great competence (even responding to emails on a Saturday night!) without ever being pushy. Overall, our experience from initial meeting to picking up the car couldn't have been better.
I am European and I have been a long-time MINI aficionado. I bought my first MINI in 2002 when the newly designed model emerged on the US market.
