I brought a car in to have a fuse fixed and not only did they try to upsell me by $4.5k but when I refused and came by to pick up the car, it wouldn't start anymore. (The fuse for for the sunrook and rear wiper blade). They tried to tell me that it was because I had after-market upgrades on the car (all of which had been working fine when I brought the car in).
