Catherine Clark made our car purchase very easy and even pleasurable. She was always available to answer all our questions and didn't mind repeating herself. She helped us make a decision with the model and with the extras. She was always in a good mood, incredibly friendly, never pushy and very pleasant.

Everyone was incredibly helpful in assisting me with my mini. They all had my best interest at heart. I am thrilled to be own a vehicle with such staff. Never have I encountered such intelligent and thoughtful people all around. Catherine, in particular, goes above and beyond every time. I can't thank her enough.

Dealing with all staff is a very straight foward experience. There is never any run around and they are a honest. Service is done quickly and they are comitted to fixing any issues. Hourly rate is a bit high but it comes with the territory of being located in Manhhatan.

Buying a car is always a nervous time. James made it fun! Mini's are a fun car to drive and he certainly has a fun vibe! We test drove the Mini convertible - me, my wife, top up, top down - each! He had patience of love of the product and was easy and friendly to deal with. James was working for us - to get us a car we wanted and a price point that worked for us. We LOVE our car - both of us! My experience buying a new vehicle at MINI of Manhattan was a fun and exciting experience. The service James provided was superior to any other customer service I have ever experienced. My continued experience here with routine service has continued this positive trend. I can always count on a reliable time frame for work to be completed. I have thought about trying a new car, but the service and product at MINI is impeccable. I can drive my car into the service area without an appointment and be greeted with a smile. Catherine, my salesperson, is always the best at getting me the most "bang for my buck" when I come in for a new vehicle. This is my FOURTH MINI, and I would never dream of going to another DEALER! ;)

Shame on the dealership and Company for failing to fix a seat belt error that was identified during 5/20 Covid situtation. Customer service was awful from the start. Was told when forced to buy the car on a maturing lease that this would be covered under warrantee. The error message on a seat belt sould be fixed under warrantee. The service repo was called over 20 times. Failing to address a seat belt safety issue should be something the NASB will be notified about. Buy the car back.

Service work was slow, no one answered the phone and they wanted almost 1,200 clams to replace a battery and change the oil. Only would communicate via text messages. A week later they let me drive out without noticing a damaged timing belt, bad alternator and oil leak that caused both. The car died in 20 minutes and now with major engine damage. Needless to say I towed it 20 some miles to a different dealer center. They couldn't believe Mini of Manhattan hadn't seen the problems-- could.not.believe. It boggles the mind that... read more
