I had connected Manhattan Mini on line. Simon Coombs followed up with and e-mail with attachments of lease and sales according to my specifications. He also called to respond to my interest. I helped me make my decision about leasing a Mini. I therefore responded to him and he quickly got me a car that I could drive.
I had an overall great experience at Mini Manhattan. Both Karen, the manager and Lowri the salesperson were knowledgeable, patient as I had many questions and available readily. They carefully went over the details and assets of the car and the steps for purchase. I was concerned as I was purchasing from out of state and they really made the process a great experience, so that I love my mini even more.
