Jonathon Bauknecht went above and beyond to make sure my Mini (Hank) was taken care of by one of the sister stores that had just sold it to me a few weeks ago. The Mini had issues that should of been addressed even before the car was put on the lot for sale. Kudos to Jonathan and to Mini of North Scottsdale!
