Everyone is always nice and they genuinely love Mini Coopers.
Love these guys. Super nice and always helpful. Having a car serviced, especially when it's an expensive repair, is never a fun experience but Mini North Scottsdale makes sure its as painless as possible. They always take time to talk to me and explain what is going on. They even talk to me when I'm just window shopping. Thank you for an excellent experience.
Just got my first Mini and I love it! Our sales person, Paul, has been super helpful and patient (it took us over 6 months to finally order one!). He spent tons of time with us, answering all our questions, and even came in on his day off when I picked up the car. Overall, super impressed with their customer service and fun culture there! If you're looking to get a Mini, stop what you're doing and go get one NOW!

Shaun Moss is the man!! I had brought it in to get my key docking station repaired, 10 days later my car wouldn't start again. Shaun let me know that it was the electronic power steering. Because I had just had my car in there, Shaun talked to his manager and got the repair FREE!! Mini has always been committed to customer service, great cars and great people!! Shaun has been a great addition to the Mini team!!
So disappointed in my service lately.... After purchasing three cars from them in the past, the service department seems to be on the decline as far as customer service & attention to detail. Had my car there for two weeks in the repair shop & they spaced one of the tasks/repairs completely. Very disappointed. Ready to take my service somewhere else.
