This place is a class act and the place to go if you are a mini owner. You feel valued and respected by everyone the minute you get out of your car...from the guys that greet you when you pull in...to the tech that had to reset the service information for me today. My Service Consultant (Scott) not just knows me when I stop in but always takes care of me. They are honest, call you when they say they will, and do not recommend work that is not needed. They are simply the best and I highly recommend them! Ask for Scott!
Mini North Scottsdale is THE best dealership I have ever experienced. Service Advisor Scott and Service Manager Sean have consistently taken exemplary care of my Mini and all my needs. I recently had a situation with my car that could have been catastrophic and they couldn't have resolved it any better! Fantastic people and they always go above and beyond. If you don't buy a Mini for the awesome car that it is, buy one for the excellent service at Mini North Scottsdale! I'm a raving fan!
