I ordered/purchase a 2018 Mini Countryman with Drew Besenfelder. He is the perfect salesman to buy a car from at Mini North Scottsdale. He kept me informed on the status of my car from the beginning to the end. We communicated by email and he always replied timely and with details. We just took delivery yesterday of our 2017 Mini Cooper 6 speed standard shift! It is gorgeous!! David Stinson was incredible to work with - the best salesperson with whom we have ever worked (it did not feel like we were being "sold" anything)! He stayed in contact with us throughout the entire build process even once it got on the ship we followed it on the long journey from Dover through the Panama Canal to the Port of Los Angeles! 5 weeks later, voilà! If you want a Mini call David Stinson at Mini North Scottsdale!
Love my Mini Countryman. Great group of people to work with when I chose to trade up from my Mini Hardtop S 2014 to the 2017 Countryman S. My dogs love the roomy back and love to stick their heads out the window. I'm a happy camper.
I was very pleased with my entire experience. Most importantly, I didn't feel rushed or pressured. When I said I needed to time to consider an offer, the sales person gave it to me. The follow up calls were appropriate - not too many. I was fully informed about my purchase from the finance person and didn't have concerns when I drove away in my new Mini. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others.
Always a good experience.. Adam is helpful.. And the guys who greet you were very nice. And getting a loaner for the day was nice.
