My wife and I were cheerfully greeted by Drew at the door and were quickly shown the car we were asking about. We talked abt a few cars and chose to test drive our favorite, British racing green hardtop! An excellent drive with Drew and back to work out the details. One of the most pleasurable experiences ever buying a car ! Quickly thru finance with an equally fine experience with Paul while car was prepped and then on our way ! Thank you All for making the Mini-Penske experience Awesome !

OMG!!! What an awesome experince. After dealing with 7 different dealerships in the Prescott area and finding a Cooper online, we called ahead, zipped down to Scottsdale (100 miles) and fell in love with this dealership and staff! We had our Cooper signed for and out the door in no time flat. There is NO other place! Wonderful staff. Wonderful service! You have a client for life.

Jonathan (service) is extremely friendly and professional, as is the entire service team. Dropping off/picking up my vehicle is always a quick and pleasant experience. They are all very informative and I appreciate that they do not try to oversell anything to me but give me any/all information regardless. 5 stars for service.
