Yes. I have always had great service
My Service tech was Martin. He couldn’t find my appointment but took me right in! He secured a loaner car for me as well! I asked if a small ding could be removed a s he called someone to come take a look. The guy removed the ding perfectly and for less than I was quoted! All within hours of me dropping the car off! Excellent service all around!

Great dealership! I just got my fourth Countryman from MINI of Peabody. I've been a customer since 2012. Luis Velasquez is the best and has sold me all four Countrymen. He is very attentive and manages to find me the exact car I want. When I've picked up the cars, he thoroughly explains everything about the car and is always available for follow-up questions. I bought a new 2018 JCW Countryman ALL4 in December of 2017 as a surprise Christmas present for my wife at MINI of Peabody. She absolutely loves this car! I get to drive it in a spirited manner by myself whenever it's due for service. This is my reward. More than doubled the highway speed limit this last time...woohoo my bad! The service at MINI of Peabody is spectacular! They are very schedule flexible.
