They took care of our recall did an oil change and found the source of the horrible hum in my front drivers side .. and fixed it right then in as timely a manner as possible .. though if we were there much longer I think my husband was going to see about getting another one �� I appreciated the many waiting areas and refreshments.. I think this is my favorite dealership I’ve ever dealt with �

I went with my Mom to help her pick out her very first "Mini" which she was so excited about...Joel, our salesperson, was wonderful. Patient with our indecisions and back and forth and finally put my Mom in her dream Countryman. She is so excited to pick it up on Monday and I must say I may become a future Mini driver since they are such nice cars! Thanks team for making it easy for us!
I recently bought a 2015 Mini Cooper. I’m a “first time” car owner who had a lot of worries in making the purchase. Overall, I felt more confident in making the next step because of those working at Mini Peabody. I was so appreciative for the patience each member of the team took in order to ensure all my questions were answered from the sales floor to finance. I knew I wanted a Mini and explored many different dealerships, however, really felt like a priority at Peabody!
On my 3rd Mini Cooper and wouldn’t go to any other dealership. Louis and Richard are helpful and make buying a car easy and fun!
I bought my USED 2017 mini convertible, sight unseen, off the internet. I flew to Boston, and this dealership went above and beyond to accommodate me. They were so easy to work with, and I truly feel they worked hard on my behalf to find the best financing, and my salesman, Louis, he was perfect too! Knowledgeable, in fact maybe too knowledgeable! I just had the best car leasing experience with MINI of Peabody. Test drove a car on Saturday and drove away with a Clubman on Wednesday. I am very happy and excited with my new car. If you ever considered a MINI.. give it a test drive-- it is much better than I ever imagined.
