I was very pleased with my last visit to the service department. My car was taken care of in a timely manner and the work was completed earlier than anticipated. Plus, I tend to bring work with me and hang out in the Cooper Cafe while I wait for my car to be serviced. The staff there was so very courteous, even though I was just occupying space and not ordering anything. I was grateful for their hospitality.
There aren't enough words to describe the wonderful service we received! Steven is truly one of the most honest, patient and NICEST people I know! I couldn't have asked for a better salesman and wouldn't change my experience for the world! I think everyone should own a mini and should DEFINITELY go see Steven! He's amazing !!
We have had such a great experience so far with MINI of Birmingham! From the purchase to our first oil change, it has felt like visiting old friends. It's warm, friendly and inviting. Tony, JC and Gareth were very accommodating, friendly and professional. I came on to the lot to get my mini cooper roadster serviced. I was also looking for a toyota or nissan pickup truck. It was serendipity that the truck had happen to be in the lot.
I purchased a used 2012 Mini Cooper at this location from Bill Powell. He was very professional and treated my wife and I great. Since then I have been back for some work on the car and RJ Sewell has taken support to the limit for me. They have all been very kind and professIonal.
