I always have great experiences when I need service on my mini. The people working in that department are always friendly and positive and helpful. I know I will get advice when I talk to anyone there.
TONY WAS AWESOME. HAS A GREAT PERSONALITY AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE CARS HE IS SELLING. THIS HAS BEEN MY DREAM CAR FOR AT LEAST 15 YEARS AND TONY MADE IT HAPPEN. I saw the car online and it was in the price range that I was looking for. I called the dealership, and to my surprise, all I had to do was fill out a short application online and everything else was ready when I arrived. Kudos to Tony for making me feel welcome upon my arrival. This is by far the shortest time it's ever taken me to purchase a vehicle as I have purchased many!
Tony was great, definitely kept it to the point, worked in a timely manner, and kept everything on the level. Going back to him for my wife's new Mini in October!
Bill went out of his way to help us and answer our questions. Gareth went above and beyond what was expected to help with financing. I recommend them to anyone.
Tony went above and beyond making recommendations for cars based on what our family was looking for. He was very easy to deal with from initial contact thru purchase of our car. After test driving a few cars we went back to the drawing board and located a potential option at a sister dealership. It was just what we were looking for. The dealership also gave me a fair value for trade in of my existing vehicle. The entire transaction was very smooth. I highly recommend Tony and his teammates!
I wanted to buy a car located at another MINI dealership in Charlotte, NC. MINI of Birmingham agreed to match the deal, buy the car and bring it to Birmingham.
28th of January 2016. Many thanks to Rick Weinberg. Rick was responsive to all our questions and was very knowledgeable about the car we were looking at. Mini of Birmingham has been taking care of our Mini(s) from the time they first opened their doors. The Service Department has always been great to work with and now I can say the same for the Sales Department. Anyone looking for a Mini or has a Mini that needs service I would recommend Mini of Birmingham. LAS
