My wife had a 13 year old mini cooper S. Looking for something new, went on-line to search dealers and options. Looked from Knoxville to Tampa, Pensacola to Atlanta and found what she wanted in Birmingham, AL. 3 hour drive, pulled into the dealer in a 2003 Cooper S. Tony Bugeja met us in the parking lot. I am the type of shopper that performs all their research before a purchase. I had seen the vehicle that I wanted on line and dreaded going to the dealership. The experiences I had with other dealerships was a flock of sales people attack you as you hit the lot. This was not the case with MOB. Catherine was exceptionable. I picked out my vehicle, and returned the next day to complete the purchase. Catherine was well organized, and had me in and out in a very short time.
The team, especially Tony Bugeja, at MINI Birmingham were professional and personable. Handled my questions and processed paperwork prior to arrival - efficient and effective! No issues thus far and hoping that continues!
Bought my countryman in 2012... Love the car but it is not without its issues during that time...however I don't mind taking it by the dealership to get it worked on. In fact, it has become the main selling point in owning a mini in Birmingham... Buying from the dealership was a great experience and dealing with the service department has been even better. I was very nervous as a first-time car buyer, but was able to negotiate everything over the phone/email before I went to the dealership. All all that was left was a test drive and signing paperwork! I was there for maybe an hour, tops. Tony made everything so easy. Would definitely recommend.
