WENT IN ON 4-11-16 TO HAVE CAR(MINI CLUBMAN) SERVICED WHICH WAS DONE WITH A PROFESSIONAL TOUCH AND VERY FAST BY THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I had been looking for a pre-owned car for weeks before finding one I liked on this dealership's website. They were very quick to respond to my online request & let me test drive it even though the bumper was being repainted when I got there. Tony was friendly, and VERY patient. This is the second time dealing with this dealership and have nothing bad to say ! Even in crisis they have been there to try and help me with any problem that has arisen. Bill and Mini of Birmingham could not have made buying my wife's Chevy Tahoe a more comfortable and hassle free experience. I have had several unpleasant experiences with different dealerships, but Bill and his team are different. Bill is genuine, honest and very experienced. I brought my Mini in for it's yearly service maintenance and was in and out in about and hour. RJ kept me informed of what was going to happen and had it washed in time for me to make another appointment. Every time I've gone there I've been made to feel special as if I'm the customer of the day. Good atmosphere, clean, warm and inviting. A pleasure to visit. RJ is the best.
