My purchase of a customized new Mini could not have gone much smoother from the test drive to the hand-over. The location of the dealership allows a nice test drive route starting on suburban streets with curvy roads and stop-n-go intersections. It ends with a short run on the interstate giving you a chance to check the acceleration which I did. My sales rep; Tony Bugeja was a pleasure to work with. My husband and I bought two new cars at Mini of Birmingham today- a 2016 Mini Countryman for me and a 2015 Mini Roadster for him. My family & I were in the market for a used car to replace one we had just sold. Mini Cooper are fun cars. This was my second purchase and hopefully not my last. I like to thank God for Tony Bugeja who has excellent customer service and sales knowledge. Bill led me through the build on line process step by step, never pressured me but stayed in touch as needed. After I put the order in he kept me informed, and he made the process very easy when the car came in. We'll go to this dealer for our next mini.
