Great service, friendly people Went in wanting to get a Mini and I wasn't disappointed. Sales service was very friendly and test drive really was incredible. I was able to test out the car to the point of wanting one. Everyone involved in the process was extremely helpful and made it easy for me to get my car. Would gladly come back again.
Great car buying experience. I was searching on the Internet for a mini. I was contacted by two other dealerships but after talking on the phone with Andreas, I was influenced that he was most sincere & eager to really make me the best deal & find what I was looking for. I dreaded the whole car buying experience but truthfully, it turned out to be a pleasant one. I would absolutely recommend him to & this dealership everyone.

Great buying exeprience This is the first time buying a Mini. Jamaal McKenzie was our sales rep, and we were very pleased with the services he provided. He was patient during the two test-drives we took, and he spent quite a bit of time answering all of our questions. He followed up several times after the sale to ensure we were satisfied.
Friendly and caring staff I have been to many dealerships. This one offered one of the best experiences I have had. Each part of the buying process was seamless and there was never any pressure. The dealership experience was as much fun as driving a MINI.
very organized and shiny and comfortable showroom I went there just to test drive the cheapest model. I ended up buying a car with only 12 miles on it! And it was just up a notch as far as an upgrade. I didn't put any money down and which was a thrill of itself.
JCW Countryman purchase Gi was great to work with. Easy buying and negotiation process. The car is a gem, I highly recommend buying from mini of Valencia. Gi's great but so is all the staff we met. Truly good people.
