This is the place to buy a car! I fall in love with the car online and sent them an email. I got a call from Andreas R. within 5 minutes and explain to me all about the car. I made an app for the weekend Andreas and Manny (Finance guy) were so nice and made me feel like home. i Had my transaction ready in a couple of hours. Perfect I have nothing but praise for Mini of Valencia! The employees were all exceptionally courteous, and they were very sensitive to my constricted schedule. I never felt like I was pressured, and their finance team really helped me out. I would highly recommend them!
Mini of Valencia Excellence in Customer Service! I drove by late one evening about midnight and saw a Mercedes AMG on the lot, it caught my eye because it was in such good condition. Great service at Mini of Valencia Had a great experience at this dealership. I first went to another dealership closer to home and test drove the Countryman. When I asked if there was a outside temperature display I was told that Mini doesn't put them in their cars. That was a lie. They called me a couple of times with cars that were not in my perimeters. Fast and Furious....and very Friendly There were two surprises waiting for me at Mini of Valencia. The first was how peppy, sporty, and fun to drive my new MINI Cooper S Coupe is to drive. I found the MINI Cooper S Coupe to have just the right combination of performance, fun, and up-scale convenience technology to suite my tastes.
