Mini of Valencia is AMAZING! I was attempting to trade in a 2010 Honda Odyssey that I was still financing for a not-so-soccer-mom type of vehicle. I really wanted to find a Tahoe or Suburban like car. That's when I drove past the Mini dealer and saw the car of my dreams. Excellent service, wonderful people to work with. Mini of Valencia has been a great place to buy my car, but also to have it serviced. It's nice to go into a "store" and people remember your name and engage you in a conversation, before getting down to business. The guys and gals have always followed up to make sure everything is running well. My car is always clean when it's returned after a service. Wonderful experience, knowledgeable staff!!!! I went to see the Countryman for the first time and John was amazing and very patient, explaining all of the benefits of driving a Mini. He was not pushy which is something I shy away from and I was comfortable asking all of my questions. I would highly recommend the dealership...very positive experience. I love my car!!!!

Best car buying experiance ever. I just purchased a really great 2014 Ford Fiesta at Mini of Valencia. Gidomer, was a great salesman and extremely helpful as was the entire staff. Everyone was friendly with no pressure at all. I would highly recommend anyone to stop in and ask for "G".
