What a Dealership should be. Me and my girlfriend had a great experience with this dealership and the whole team. They worked with me over the phone and email to get the car and deal I wanted, paid top dollar for my trade in and the customer service was what really put it over the top. Very nice people to deal with As with most people buying a car is about as fun as pulling teeth. Form the sale person to the manager this was a very pleasant experience and I feel they did what they could to make the sale possible and meet my wants and needs. Awesome Experience! My wife loves the MINI Countryman she leased from Valencia MINI. I really enjoyed the service we received from Nicco. NO pressure! He worked hard to get us a deal we were happy with. I never thought of myself in a MINI, but now I fight my wife for the keys.

Excellent Vehicle Excellent Customer Service I was in the market for a pre-owned fully-loaded 2006 Acura MDX. Prior to visiting this Dealership, I saw many pre-owned at other dealerships, including a franchised dealership near SF.
