Trustworthy This is an excellent dealer. Clean, new facility and used cars appear to be in tiptop condition. At least the vehicle I purchased was checked, serviced and presented and seems very sound mechanically. Lots of extras included in the sale and buying the car was made easy not only by the salesman, Bryan Trock, but also by the sales managers and the finance staff.
Wonderful place to buy a Mini! Mini of Valencia is a Wonderful place to buy a car. They are helpful, honest, and truly care what you think about them. I bought a 2009 Clubman S from them. I am very pleased with it. It is a great car. Exactly what was advertised. I would highly recommend Spencer he is honest and very helpful. Manny in the service department is as so very helpful and a pleasure to work with.
I drove 6 hours to MINI of Valencia... Worth it!!! I had been shopping around for a while for a new daily driver, as my older Subaru was eating away at my gas mileage and I wanted something updated and comfortable for a 35 mile (each way) commute. Dealer not willing to deal Went in for a simple oil change and engine light....seems I needed $4,000 worth of repairs...cost me $170 for them to plug into the system. I declined...
Not Impressed Every time we get the car serviced at the dealership, we always have to call to see if it?s ready or not and the mini we own right now has had so many electrical issues since the beginning. Exterior paint repair Newly purchased car had exterior paint chip and scratches. Brought car in for repair and the repairs were satisfactorily done.
Avoid at all cost Their out the door quote from the internet lures people in and even when you sign the buying agreement at their dealership they won't say about the new price. However, at the very last, supposedly finance manager rejects the price being "glitch in the system" and the car is now $2200 more than its original price and they say "take it or leave it". Poor review The seat belt/airbag sensor had failed and needed to be replaced. ($70 just to diagnosis the problem) The part is on back order until JUNE. So I am without a car for 3 months.
