OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! G provided an awesome customer service and Mark & Joe as well, to make it possible to purchase a car. Mini of Valencia, the best there is. When I arrived at Mini of Valencia Johnny Merlado, a young Motoring Advisor was quick to greet and help and although not as informed as other more seasoned sales men he was eager to help and ready to show what he did know. Awesome Dealership I came into Mini of Valencia to take a look at a Honda Civic. Spoke with Andreas explained what I wanted and they went above and beyond to make that happen. Traded in my old Scion TC and walked out with the car and payment I wanted. They were great to work with and very understanding of what I wanted and why I wanted. Do yourself a favor and go see them for your next car.

He is also super friendly and I recommend working with him when you're ready for your hardtop, coupe, convertible, paceman, or countryman. Mini of Valencia was a terrific dealership with the true MINI spirit and you leave happy no matter if it's a test drive or purchase.

Very customer friendly Salesperson Gidomer and manager Chase were easy to work with, giving me a very fair offer on my trade. Purchased vehicle was as advertised and in great condition. F&I person Carlos was very helpful clearly explaining the paperwork process with no surprises. Summing up; the entire experience was as relaxed as buying a car from a good friend.
