I bought my Mini Cooper S Clubman used, and brought it to Inskip for a check-out and warrantee service. I had a perfect experience with Jessica and her manager. I was even given a tour of all the dealership on the Penske campus as well as offered refreshments. My car, though used was in great shape, spotless and filled with gas. The only thing that would have made the experience better was if I did not have to drive 7 hrs to pick it up (It actually was a fun drive back home of course). I highly recommend this dealership.
The people where all friendly and helpful. Everything in the dealership was spotless; from the bathroom to the garage. The car was spotless and filled with gas when we took possesion of it. The saleman took the time to demonstrate each and every control in the vehicle. He showed us where and how to check the oil as well as setting the system up to inform us on the first service interval.

I made quite a few trips to Inskip Mini to test drive the 2011 ALL4 Countryman Cooper S with my husband and 2 teenage children. Each time Jessica was there to help and advise. She was very professional and knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I found Jessica very easy to talk to and very friendly. Once I made up my mind on exactly what I wanted and the order was placed, Jessica kept me up to date on the status of the cars' arrival. I picked the car up last week. The entire purchase experience at Warwick MINI was great. Jessica did a great job explaining the features of the MINI Countryman I purchased. Larry Lemoi did an excellent job working up the financing for me, too. All in all a great place to buy a MINI.
