I am very happy with the service I received from Art (sales) & Nicole (finance) at Inskip Mini in Warwick, RI. They were both very friendly and helpful. I would definitely buy another car from Inskip.
I worked with Jessica Splendorio and Manny to get my preowned mini. I also talked with the service technician (can't remember his name, but very professional and friendly!). The overall experience was comfortable, informative, and positive. I would recommend this dealer to a friend in a heartbeat! : )
I found my car online and Donna met me at my appointment. She is professional, but made me comfortable with the shopping and ultimately buying experience. She is available for questions and returned mesages promptly with information requested. After a week of shopping five other dealers Mini of Warwick and Donna provided the best experience.
I chose Mini of Warwick for my new vehicle. I really am please with the services they provide and Mr. Fontaine was absolutely a pleasure to work with. I have to rate Donna, my sales person outstanding on every level. This was the easiest and most enjoyable experience I have every encountered leasing a car. This is my fourth lease, and having dealt with four different dealerships, Inskip Mini and Donna are THE BEST ever! Professional, knowledgeable, customer satisfaction driven and doing everything possible to make the deal.
Donna Keane was a great salesperson. She was very knowledeable and helped me through the entire process including post-sale. She offered a great tutorial of the vehicle, handled all of the paperwork perfectly, and coordinated the cleaning of the vehicle. The only problem was that the detailing department did not know that I needed the vehicle completed by a specific time even though Donna had emailed them. The MINI sold itself, its an awesome car. The difference in this purchase was that the salesman bought something from me... Arthur bought my loyalty to a salesman and a dealership. Not only is he a standout salesman, but he is stand-up guy in every sense of the word. As long as he is there & MINI's are made, I'll keep coming back!
Second lease of a MINI COOPER at this dealership. Jess is the BEST! She's very informative,helpful and just a great person. No stress shopping experience. Manny (Sales Manager) is great and Larry (Finance Manager) is informative, honest and not pushy! If you're thinking of purchasing/leasing a MINI COOPER come here! Also, when you need service/maintenance on your MINI, the service department is also the best! You feel like part of a MINI family when you deal with these professionals!
