I contacted mini of Warwick by email to inquire about getting a second key to my 2008 mini which I purchased used elsewhere. The dealer in Hartford did not even answer my email. Janine wrote me back the next day and walked me through the procedure personally and we managed to get my key without me driving to RI. she was friendly and professional. I will go to mini of Warwick for my future needs and even for future purchases because of how I was treated. Thank you Janine. It's nice to know this kind of service still exists!
This is the second time I purchased a car from this dealer. I am very happy with the service I received each time. Miss O'Hara was very helpful, articulate, pleasant. She was not pushy. She was genuinely nice and caring!
While shopping for a used mini for my wife. We visited Inskip Mini. We were pleasantly greeted by Andrea O'Hara. Andrea answered in detail all of our questions. just bought a car and I found it a rather pleasant experience without the stress I expected. This was mostly due to the sales person with whom I dealt, Andrea O'Hara. She was very available, friendly, knowledgeable and sweet.
In July, 2011 I visited MINI of Warwick to check out the 2011/2012 MINI's. In the showroom I was greeted by Andrea O'Hara, a very friendly and knowledgeable motoring advisor. Andrea answered all my questions and made my visit quite enjoyable. We went on a test drive in a Countryman and Andrea explained all the features and details of the car. I was impressed. The next day I went back to order a 2012 Countryman. I'm happy to have had the chance to work with you, Andrea. Thank you for making this a wonderful experience.
9/15/11 I purchased a new MINI and was very pleased with my experience at MINI of Warwick. The motoring advisor, Arthur Fontaine, promptly located the car I had wanted when other Mini dealers said the earliest they could get me the car I wanted would be months later. I was fortunate to stumble across MINI of Warwick during Hurricane Irene. Our MINI broke down while returning from vacation as Irene struck. Geoff, Manny, and especially Donna went way beyond what anyone could have expected to help a MINI owner in need. I was able to rejoin my family and get home just before Irene struck. I went to Mini of Warwick looking to replace an older model Mini that I had purchased at a different dealership. The experience at M. of W. was, hands down, a better experience. Andrea on the sales floor was friendly and very low pressure, and Manny in finance was also very easy to get on with. The only things I would improve on are that Andrea accompanied us on the test drive (I like to go alone, just a thing) and the new Mini came with dealership plate frames, I don't like free advertising snuck in like that. Andrea Ohara worked really hard to find me the car I wanted within my price range. She was amazing and even followed up with me after the sale to see how I liked the car. Manny in finance worked really hard to get me the rate I wanted. A big thanks goes out to both of them as I had driven over 250 miles one way from Maine on a Sunday to go see them.
